- Charlotte was an enslaved woman, born around 1782, who was enslaved by Ann Parker, a widow residing in the city of New Brunswick in the Township of North Brunswick in the early 19th century. Charlotte gave birth to two children while she served Ann Parker: Charles (born 1810) and Maria (born 1812). On March 21, 1817, Ann Parker became a free woman when Ann Parker manumitted her. Charlotte was aged 35 at the time of manumission.
