FOR SALE,
A FARM at Pequanock, in the county of Morris, late belonging to Samuel Stiles, containing 159 acres of land, 50 acres of which are timber land, about 40 acres good tillable land, and about 20 acres of good meadow, and 40 more may be made. There is on the farm a good orchard, a good stone house, a frame kitchen at one end of the house, and a frame building at the other, formerly occupied as a store; a good barn, and a well of excellent water at the door. The farm lies about 10 miles from Morris-Town, and 25 from New-York. The whole of the farm will be sold together, or the one half, as may suit the purchaser. Any person inclining to purchase, may apply to John Stiles, on the premises, or to the Subscriber, in Paterson, by whom a good title will be given, and terms of payment easy.
