The mother, whose name is not listed on the birth record, was originally enslaved by the late Ann Henderson of Alexandria, Hunterdon County. Henderson died in 1805, appointing Daniel Williamson of Greenwich Township, Sussex County, as the executor of her will. Daniel Williamson submitted this birth record for Dinna in 1807.
