Hainesport is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey. It was formed from a portion of Lumberton in 1924.
During the colonial era, the western part of present-day Hainesport was officially within Evesham township and the eastern part was within Northampton township. For this reason, early records for the area may be found among Evesham or Northampton records. - Locality
