Nicholas Booraem Jr. was an official in New Brunswick, NJ, and held several different positions from the 1820s to the 1860s, including Clerk of Court (1833-1857), County Collector, and Justice of the Peace. In his role as Justice of the Peace for Middlesex County his job included examining and certifying manumissions.
